Shipping Policy

We process all orders within 24 hours of order placing time. The orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays will be dispatched as per the following business day. Our customer support team will immediately send you an email after the order is dispatched by our Shipping Department. Our fast-order processing system assures your order is delivered within the time limit. In the rare occasion when the order does not get received within the said time, you can get in touch with us. We will arrange to reship your order in case of miscommunication or error from our side (request to refer the Refund Policy for more information).

  • Get free shipping on orders placed above $200.
  • Orders placed under $200 are chargeable.
  • Please provide a valid physical address.
  • ClickPharma reserves the rights to cease or alter the free shipping policy at any given time.
  • Do not provide any wrong or incomplete address, if provided we will not be accountable for that. So, recheck the address while providing the address to us.
  • We dispatch orders after response to the final verification step from the customer. After we dispatch your medicines, we send an e-mail notification to the customer.
  • Customers are required to save this email for future references.

Shipping FAQs

Can ClickPharma take care of the privacy of my order?

ClickPharma always values customer’s privacy. Medications that you order from us will have a discreet packaging. The invoice of the product does not list the contents of the box.

When to expect delivery?

After placing the order, our payment merchant will send you a notification about the transaction within 24-48 hours. This notification works as final approval for the payment. Within 1-2 business working days of approval of your order, we will dispatch your order and through e-mail, we will send you all the shipping details, which also includes the date of shipping of your order and tentative days required to get your order, i.e. 25 business working days.

How can I keep a track of my order?

Every package shipped by the ClickPharma has a unique tracking ID provided by the shipment agency and the order can be tracked with it.

What if the delivery is delayed?

If your order is failed to receive within 25 days of stipulated time or if your shipment is difficult to be located, contact the customer care number at the earliest. We will revert you with the courier’s tracking ID and provide you directions on how to get the status update about your order with this ID. If the package is not getting located, the money will be deposited back to your credit card or a replacement request will be placed for you.

How are the shipments made?

ClickPharma has its service unit overseas and all shipments are processed from there to be sent to their respective destination. During this entire process, you will be able to track the package, with the help of a provided courier tracking ID. The complete shipping process can be traced and hence the customers can get their order right at their doorstep without any hassle.
