Refund Policy

We, at ClickPharma, understand that there could be a few instances where you want to return your order and get a refund. After verifying everything, we will initiate this process for you as set out by our Refund Policy. We always take care of your medicinal needs and make sure you get the best service, which is why we have set our Refund and Cashback policies.

Cancellation Policy

As far as cancellation of the order is concerned, you can cancel your order up to the point when your order is dispatched, which means you can cancel it within 24 hours of placing an order when it is not dispatched. You have the option to cancel your order before receiving a confirmation email mentioning that your order is dispatched. Unfortunately, we cannot accept the return of your medicines once they leave our warehouse because they cannot be reused.

If you are unable to get your missed delivery or if we arrange redelivery, we can resend your medication to the address you prefer, provided the package has been returned to us, which happens within a 30-day period. You cannot cancel once the medicine leaves our premises. However, as mentioned earlier, you can cancel your order up to the point where your order has not yet been dispatched.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty Products

In case of a rare event that any medicines are damaged, incorrect, defective, faulty, or wrongly delivered, you can give us notice of cancellation by contacting our customer representatives.

  • We will initiate the refund process, including any applicable delivery charges that you paid.
  • You are requested to return any damaged, faulty, incorrect, or defective medicines in the best possible condition.
  • You are also requested to return the medications with the original packaging (if available), with all the necessary precautions so the medications can reach us without any further damage.

In a very unlikely event if you get your package that contains damaged, faulty, or incorrect medications, please get in touch with our customer support team using the details mentioned in “Contact Us” as soon as you receive the package. After verifying all the details, we will decide the further course of action; it could be either a refund or a replacement.

Refund/Reship Policy

  • Please contact our customer support through the toll-free number or email and inform the issue.
  • Mention your order number and reason for cancellation, reshipment or refund.
  • Our customer representative will check and verify every detail and trace your order.
  • Refund will be initiated if your order has not been dispatched or has been dispatched to an incorrect address.
  • As per your request, we will reship if you receive damaged, faulty, or wrong product.
